DIY Decor: The Wonders of Washi Tape

August 24, 2011 By Bride.net

Washi tape is basically pretty, patterned, semi-transparent masking tape that originated in Japan. It comes in all sorts of colors, designs, patterns, and widths so that you can decorate anything you want to your heart’s content!

For your wedding, you can use it to decorate your invitations, save-the-date cards, place cards, favor boxes, centerpieces, flower and candle holders, wreaths and flags… just about anything. It’s a sweet and super-easy way to put your color scheme to good use!
