Lessons to be learned from bare-bottom bride

July 7, 2008 By Bride.net

You might have heard about the unfortunate bride who was left bare-bottomed at the alter when her wedding dress came unstitched.

According to the Telegraph: “The 30-year-old woman, who cannot be named due to Italian privacy laws, claims her big day was ruined by the poor stitching, which left her bottom on display.  According to the writ the bride was left in tears and the priest was left not knowing where to look.”

All you brides out there, take heed. As far as I can see there are two lessons to be learned from this mortifying situation:

1. Give your dress a few good tugs before you pay for it to make sure the stitches will hold tight.

2. Don’t go commando to your wedding.
