I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One was the wrong size and the HASSLE to get an exchange was ridiculous!! I had to email back and forth to get an authorization. Then an address. Then, after 2 weeks of waiting for a new size and nothing in the mail, I called..and called and called. Finally, I spoke to someone who said yes, they had received the return but were waiting for me to contact them to provide payment for shipping. What?? You mean the customer has to call the company and arrange shipping payment on returns? Crazy. Then, they wanted to charge me $12.99 shipping for an exchange on a $20 pair of shoes. I said I wanted a refund. So, they credited me $10, saying that the return then voided the "free shipping" I received on my original purchase. So in effect, with the shipping I paid to return the shoes, and the shipping I was charged to receive the shoes, it was a total loss. DO NOT purchase from this company. Their return procedure is AWFUL. Unless you hit the nail on the head the first time with your order, you will LOSE money with this company!! Agree with the bad reviews here. In addition to dresses I've also ordered dozens of other items - sashes, veils, shoes, etc., also without issue. I am surprised at the complaints since my multiple transactions have been so smooth. I do think that people are more apt to leave a negative review than a positive review, so I gave them a shot. I paid through PayPal so in case I had a problem with them, I could dispute it through PayPal. First off, I ordered a dress on a Wednesday night and was not notified until the following Monday that it was out of stock. I emailed back to ask when it would be in stock and they couldn't be sure, but maybe the end of summer. I didn't want to wait that long and they suggested another dress that was mostly the same, except it didn't have covered buttons down the back. I told them I would take the other dress instead. I also ordered a size up because of the reviews. The dress came about a week and a half later, much later than their advertised arrival, but it did come nicely packaged. I was beyond pleased with the dress and my flower girl squealed when she saw it. She didn't want to take it off! I was glad I ordered a size larger than her regular size. It truly was beautiful for $50 and like nothing I have seen in other stores. So, the bottom line is that I was overall pleased with the company. They returned my emails quickly and even issued my $5 refund from the originally ordered dress in a prompt manner. There were a couple tiny problems, but I'd gladly do business with again, maybe even for her Communion dress in a few years. The dress exceeded my expectations and fit her like a glove, and it looked just like I had bought it from an expensive bridal boutique. The dress was so worth more than the 60$ I paid for it. The sales woman that I spoke to was so helpful and friendly, even though I am sure she was busy, she still talked to me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely refer Flower Girl Dress for Less to other brides as they helped make my wedding perfect. This dress will have my neice looking like the little princess that she is! I was so in love with it that everything I saw in the boutiques from the previous 2 weeks did not even compare to the quality and price that I got. Not to mention the dress was unique! The quality is exceptional bridal matte satin fabric and my expectations were exceeded further when the little specks on the dress and sash ended up being diamantes. The sizing and measurements were very accurate. I am so excited to see my daughter on the big day. I will also be recommending this website to all of my friends and without a doubt plan to order again from flowergirldressforless in the near future. The quality was great but I am now forced to add to the dress myself 5 days before the wedding. Their customer service/attitude is also not people friendly.
