DO not purchase from this company I have been waiting over two months for a refund. I ordered my daughter a dress for my wedding. They sent me the wrong size and after several phone calls and no return calls I had to email them. They admitted they sent the wrong size but were out of stock and did not know when they would have it in. When I questioned why they still had the size avaliable on their web site for purchase they had no explaniation. I told them not to send me the dress and just credit me. All of a sudden the dress comes in the mail. Again I sent an email telling them I did not want it and they still sent it. They had me send the dress back. Through confirmation form UPS I knew they had the dress. Then the company advised me I would be getting a refund it was on the desk to be done. YET still no refund I had to file with my credit card company along with forwarding all their emails and tracking info. It is siad that they left me a great paper trail to give to my credit card company. This comapny claims 100% satisifaction guarntee more like 100% dissatisifaction guarntee. There mistake had cost me alot of hasstle runnign around looking for a dress for my daughter and cost me more money and now it has cost me time and stress because of all their compiled mistakes and refusals to cooperate and give me a refund for something they have that i dont!!!

I was really happy with this website and the dress was so pretty when I got it in the mail. Only until I tryed the dress on my flower girl and it was too small. I don’t think the measurements on the website are right at all. So I tried to call them and I could never get through so finally I e-mailed them and they told me they can not do any exchanges or refunds on it. So now I am stuck with a dress that bairley fits my flower girl 4 weeks before my wedding. I def. agree with the lady above beware they have nice products just make sure you order the correct thing cause what you order is what you keep.

I had a horrible experience with this company!!! Make sure you read their fine print very carefully – deeply embedded in their return policy is an exclusion for several items, including US Angels dresses. Unfortunately, the US Angels size chart provided with the dress listing was WAY off. I am stuck with a dress that is not returnable and does not fit. I am trying to get the word out that this company is NOT as great as it first appears. Unless you have actually tried on the dress you are ordering and know 100% that it fits, it’s worth it to buy from a business that truly does offer returns and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

This company SUCKS! They do NOT live up to anything they advertise. I ordered a dress for my flower girl. The measurements on their web site are incorrect. They do not give you the “fine print” on special order dresses until AFTER you have a problem. My dress was even stitched incorrectly around the zipper – a manufacturing defect. This “company” would not even take the dress back. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company has a C+ rating with the BBB. Forewarned is forearmed!!! By a dress from a REPUTABLE company – one that will not steal your money.
This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY. I repeat DO NOT BUY. I have never left a review in my life till NOW! I have never ordered anything online before for fear of disappointment. I have never been as satisfied with anything I have purchased as I am with my Junior Bride and Flower Girl Dress. I ordered styles 3288 and 5295 both in ivory. Originally I did not measure my girls(big mistake) and I just went by the size the mothers gave. When the dresses arrived they were so beautiful I had tears in my eyes. When I took the dresses for my girls to try on they were too small. I was amazed by how easy flower girl dress for less made it to return the dresses and get bigger sizes. I actually measured the girls when I reordered, and the reorder arrived yesterday(in less than 1 week might I add). The dresses fit perfectly, and I paid around $100 for both including shipping. The price of a dress similar to style #3288 is listed on the Davids Bridal website for $99. I took my junior bride into a Davids Bridal store to try this dress on, and I can assure you the dress from flower girls for less is a much better quality dress. I don’t like how the bottom of the Davids Bridal dress is made, and the dress from flower girl dress for less is half the price. Davids Bridal does not offer any dresses similar to dress style #5295. We ordered our flower girl dresses and shoes from this company. When the shoes did not fit and we returned them. They refused the return and send it back to me. They have a 30 day return policy and did not live up to their end of the guarantee. The shoes arrived on the 24th (with delivery confirmation) and they stated they did not receive them until the 3rd. Buyer beware!!!!! Sizes of dress do not run true to size despite measurements being taken on all our girls. All of the dresses had to be altered. It would have been cheaper to buy everything at our local wedding boutique.
I placed an order on 4/1/2010. I called and told them the wedding was 5/1/2010. I needed time for alterations and other. They guaranteed 100% a ware date if event in 30 days or less. They shipped the dresses but they were the wrong color. I sent them back within 48 hours. They promised to credit my debit card. It did not happen. They said the right color would be in a few day and then ship. Well that was 4/6/2010 adn its 4/22/2010. I demanded the tracking number they promissed 4/22-4/23. They gave me a tracking number but the postal service had not received the pacakge only the request that a package needed be picked up or delvierd to them. I called all day and they did not have a pacakge yet for the tracking number to be scanned. Five mintues before they close and less then 24 hours before the new arrival date they called me and told me they didnt like my tone and e-mails and were marching down to the post office and getting their pacakge back and i was not allowed to have the dresses. Now, this is eight days beofre my wedding. they gave me a fake tracking numbner then sent me an email stating they cancelled my order because i failed to undertand my contract wtih them. I then scanned and cirled their 1005 guarantee if the dress was in stock (and it was on line and verbally by phone) they would not credit my card or promise me a ware date if they could not delvier the product. They lied and then said it was all my fault? They are NUT CASES. I filed a complaint wiht the BBB but much to mysurprise the have 45 complaints with only 11 acknowleded by the company. Dont order anything from this company they are liars if they are ubable to get the dresses. They stall so they dont have to refund money. they are immature and dishonest and i hope they go out of business in the next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very worried about ordering my flower girl dresses from this site after reading all of the above posts, but i’m soooo glad that I did. I ordered 2 dresses. Both were dress # 5165PM. I bought a size 12 mth and a size 3T. I followed the websites directions when measuring my flower girls and the dresses fit them perfectly. Both of the dress arrived less than 1 week after ordering it. I received multiple confirmation emails from the company including tracking emails from UPS. Both dresses were gorgeous, looked just like the picture, and fit perfect. Alot of the previous posts were complaints about the websites measurements being off. I did not have this problem at all. Be sure to just follow their directions for measuring and order the dress in the size that is a couple inches bigger than their actual measurement so that they have room to slip into the dress and be comfortable. I am very very happy with this website and will continue to use them in the future.

I believe this is false advertising. The quality was great but I am now forced to add to the dress myself 5 days before the wedding. Their customer service/attitude is also not people friendly.
We live in Australia and to be quite honest, I faced my fear when and ordered a dress online which I thought I would never do. I was not confident ordering anything online. I guess I wanted my daughter to look unique on the special day as most girls wear similar dresses. I just want to say my wedding is this year and my neice is going to be the flower girl. I got the most amazingly adorable dress on one of the sites listed above. Oh how I wish I had heeded the warnings on this website about “FlowerGirlDressForLess!” The dress I ordered was 1.5 inches smaller than the measurements, which for a little girl makes a huge difference. I still have not received a refund after mailing them the dress and spending a lot of time trying to fix this problem. I’m out $50 (dress plus return shipping) and I have no dress and a wedding in five weeks. Please, save yourself some wedding stress– DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
I read the many warnings and bad reviews of Flower Girl Dress for Less and I was hesitant to order. I do think that people are more apt to leave a negative review than a positive review, so I gave them a shot. I paid through PayPal so in case I had a problem with them, I could dispute it through PayPal. First off, I ordered a dress on a Wednesday night and was not notified until the following Monday that it was out of stock. I emailed back to ask when it would be in stock and they couldn’t be sure, but maybe the end of summer. I didn’t want to wait that long and they suggested another dress that was mostly the same, except it didn’t have covered buttons down the back. I told them I would take the other dress instead. I also ordered a size up because of the reviews. The dress came about a week and a half later, much later than their advertised arrival, but it did come nicely packaged. I was beyond pleased with the dress and my flower girl squealed when she saw it. She didn’t want to take it off! I was glad I ordered a size larger than her regular size. It truly was beautiful for $50 and like nothing I have seen in other stores. So, the bottom line is that I was overall pleased with the company. They returned my emails quickly and even issued my $5 refund from the originally ordered dress in a prompt manner. There were a couple tiny problems, but I’d gladly do business with again, maybe even for her Communion dress in a few years.
As a grandmother with many granddaughters, I’ve ordered at least 30 dresses from Flower Girl Dress for Less on six different occasions and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. The one time a dress was out of stock, someone called and offered a far more expensive substitution in the same color at no additional cost. In addition to dresses I’ve also ordered dozens of other items – sashes, veils, shoes, etc., also without issue. I am surprised at the complaints since my multiple transactions have been so smooth. Agree with the bad reviews here. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One was the wrong size and the HASSLE to get an exchange was ridiculous!! I had to email back and forth to get an authorization. Then an address. Then, after 2 weeks of waiting for a new size and nothing in the mail, I called..and called and called. Finally, I spoke to someone who said yes, they had received the return but were waiting for me to contact them to provide payment for shipping. What?? You mean the customer has to call the company and arrange shipping payment on returns? Crazy. Then, they wanted to charge me $12.99 shipping for an exchange on a $20 pair of shoes. I said I wanted a refund. So, they credited me $10, saying that the return then voided the “free shipping” I received on my original purchase. So in effect, with the shipping I paid to return the shoes, and the shipping I was charged to receive the shoes, it was a total loss.
DO NOT purchase from this company. Their return procedure is AWFUL. Unless you hit the nail on the head the first time with your order, you will LOSE money with this company!!
